金吾财讯 | 内房股普遍扬升，截至发稿，雅居乐集团(03383)涨6.67%，融创中国(01918)涨5.23%，远洋集团(03377)涨5.13%，旭辉控股集团(00884)涨3.92%，世茂集团(00813)涨3.45%。国金证券表示，随着政策效果释放，预计2025年商品房成交量有望止跌回稳，逐步提振市场信心，扭转房价下行预期。回顾2024年，中国房地产市场整体热度较往年有所下降，尚未止住颓势，但央国企相对稳定，在Top10、Top30、Top50房企中，央企均占主导地位，民企份额继续下滑。持续推荐稳健经营且政策敏感型标的。
