China Everbright Water Forms JV for Zhengzhou Wastewater Treatment Projects in China

China Everbright Water (HKG:1857, SGX:U9E) incorporated a joint venture, EW (Zhengzhou) Water Operation, in China, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The venture will manage two wastewater treatment plants in the Zhengzhou Hangkong Economic Zone and Weichuan Town, Henan Province.

The joint venture, with a registered capital of 6 million yuan, is 66% owned by Everbright Water (Shenzhen), an indirect subsidiary, and 34% by Henan Hangkong Water Development. Its operations will cover wastewater treatment, municipal facility management, water pollution control, and related technology services. The initiative is funded through internal resources.
