中直股份股东中航科工持股比例增至50.9%
财中社1月15日电中直股份（600038）发布公告，2024年12月25日，股东中航科工与公司全资子公司哈飞集团签订股份转让协议，哈飞集团将其持有的公司全部股权转让给中航科工。转让前，中航科工直接持有公司3.98亿股，占已发行股份总数的48.56%；转让后，中航科工持股增至4.17亿股，占总数的50.9%。此次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化，未触及要约收购。
本次权益变动已获得中航工业的批复，并于2025年1月15日的股东大会上审议通过。哈飞集团此次转让的股份数量为1919万股，占公司总股本的2.34%。后续仍需获得上海证券交易所的合规确认，并在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司办理股份过户登记手续。
2024年前三季度，中直股份实现收入173.00亿元，归母净利润3.57亿元。
