天伦燃气签署两项物业租赁协议 年租金共计450万元
财中社1月15日电天伦燃气（01600）发布公告，2025年1月15日，公司附属公司河南天伦与天伦教育订立了两项物业租赁协议，分别用于河南天伦及河南首开的办公用途。河南天伦租赁位于中国郑州郑东新区的物业，总建筑面积为5606平方米，租金为每年371万元；而河南首开租赁的物业总建筑面积为1193平方米，年租金为79万元，租期均为三年。
此外，公司还与新天伦物业管理签署了两项物业管理服务协议，分别为河南天伦和河南首开的物业提供管理服务。河南天伦的物业管理服务费为每年322万元，河南首开的为68万元，服务期限同样为三年。根据公告，相关交易的适用百分比率均在0.1%至5%之间，因此符合申报及公布的规定，但获得豁免不需遵守通函及股东批准的要求。
