　　现年68岁的戴蒙是华尔街大行中任职时间最久的CEO，他到现在都没有就退休计划给过任何新暗示。

　　戴蒙周三告诉分析师，他的“基本预期”是继续再工作几年。早些时候，他告诉记者，Piepszak的晋升“根本不会改变时间表。这是一件非常好的事情”。

　　这是摩根大通一年来第二次高层换血，外界对戴蒙可能的继任者有了更多猜测。就目前而言，视线似乎集中在三位高管身上，分别是管理消费和社区银行业务的Marianne Lake，现年54岁的商业及投资银行业务联席主管Troy Rohrbaugh，以及现年59岁的Doug Petno。Petno将接替Piepszak，与Rohrbaugh一起执掌企业及投资银行部门。

　　当被要求给出继任者名字时，戴蒙拒绝了，他说，“即使你认为今天你知道了，你也不能完全确定”。

　　“我们有几位杰出的人才，”他告诉分析师。“你们认识他们中的大多数。也许还有一两个是你们不知道的。”
