中国建材(03323.HK) 公布，经中国证券监督管理委员会证监许可同意注册，中国建材获准面向专业投资者公开发行面值总额不超过200亿元人民币(下同)的公司债券，采用分期发行方式。
中国建材2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(第一期)发行规模不超过20亿元。本期债券分为两个品种，品种一期限为3年，品种二期限为5年，本期债券发行价格为每张100元。
本期债券采取网下面向专业机构投资者询价配售的方式发行，发行工作已于今年1月13日结束。本期债券品种一实际发行金额10亿元，认购倍数3.41，最终票面利率为1.74%；品种二实际发行金额10亿元，认购倍数3.04，最终票面利率为1.87%。(js/W)
