Algonquin Power & Utilities (AQN) said late Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Darren Myers will resign from the company to pursue another opportunity but will remain as CFO through the reporting of its Q4 results.
Myers will work with the management for a smooth transition, the company said. It will search for his replacement.
