　　辉瑞制药在一份声明中表示，它已以25亿英镑（约合30.5亿美元）的价格出售了英国消费者医疗保健公司Haleon的7亿股股票。

　　这家美国制药商周三表示，它以每股357便士的价格出售了这些股票，这比周二的收盘价每股367.10便士折让了2.75%。

　　辉瑞周二晚些时候宣布，它将通过簿记建档流程出售股票。出售上述股票后，该公司在Haleon的流通股持股比例从15%降至7.3%。
