智通财经APP获悉，南京熊猫电子股份(00553)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.05%，报3.08港元，成交额775.31万港元。
消息面上，南京熊猫电子股份日前发布公告称，该公司及董事长夏德传、总经理胡回春、总会计师胡寿军被江苏证监局警示。经查，公司2024年1月30日披露的2023年业绩预告，预计净利润1619.43万元~2429.15万元；但2024年3月29日披露的2023年净利润为-2.38亿元，扣非净利润为-2.57亿元。公司业绩预告与实际业绩产生较大差异，且归属于上市公司股东的净利润盈亏性质发生变化，信息披露不准确。
江苏监管局认为，该公司的上述行为违反了《上市公司信息披露管理办法》第三条第一款的规定，公司董事长夏德传、总经理胡回春、总会计师胡寿军未按照《信披办法》第四条的规定履行勤勉尽责义务，对公司以上违规行为负有主要责任。
