智通财经APP获悉，1月16日，香港联交所发布关于对指尖悦动控股有限公司(06860)及八名前董事的纪律行动公告。香港联交所谴责指尖悦动，并对前执行董事及首席财务官刘展喜、前执行董事及联席公司秘书王在成、前执行董事吴俊杰、前独立非执行董事姚敏茹发出董事不适合性声明及谴责。对前执行董事、主席及首席执行官刘杰发出损害投资者权益声明及谴责。同时批评前执行董事朱炎彬、前独立非执行董事郭静斗、及前独立非执行董事柳建华，并指令朱炎彬、郭静斗及柳建华完成培训。
根据香港联交所进一步指令，若刘杰及吴俊杰任何一人于纪律行动声明日期起计14天后担任该公司或其附属公司的董事或高级管理阶层成员，该公司的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第2A.10A(2)(b)条予以取消。
香港联交所裁定，指尖悦动于2018年7月上市，两个营业日后，该公司使用上市所得款项净额的46%认购非上市财富管理产品，严重偏离其招股章程所述的上市所得款项拟定用途。另外，2018年至2021年间，该公司授出或延长22笔贷款，总额约4.265亿元人民币。大部分相关贷款均无抵押。该公司并未有足够及有效的内部监控措施管治其放贷活动，且直到大多数贷款出现违约情况之前，董事会对有关放贷活动一直都没有妥善监督。
此外，四名董事，包括刘展喜、王在成、吴俊杰及姚敏茹被裁定没有在香港联交所的调查中给予合作。
