智通财经APP讯，元续科技(08637)发布公告，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道香港)已辞任本公司核数师，自2025年1月15日起生效，因为本公司拟简化审计安排，此乃经考虑PwC Singapore(定义见下文)乃为会计及财务汇报局(会财局)认可的公众利益实体(公众利益实体)核数师，因此，合资格就本公司的年度财务报表担任核数师;本集团的主要营运及其会计账簿及记录均位于新加坡;及PwC Singapore为本集团主要附属公司的现任核数师。
在本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)的推荐建议下，董事会已委任PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP(PwC Singapore)为本公司核数师，自2025年1月15日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道香港辞任后的临时空缺，并任职至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
