消息面上，国海证券发报指出，特朗普的第二个任期内，半导体逆全球化趋势或愈演愈烈，中国半导体产业国产替代需求随之扩大，成熟制程国产化趋势延续，华虹半导体等中国大陆晶圆代工业者或存较大增长空间。预计华虹半导体2024-2026年营收分别为19.99/23.71/28.28亿美元，归母净利润为0.90/1.60/2.01亿美元，摊薄EPS分别为0.06/0.09/0.12美元，2025年1月13日对应PB为0.63x/0.73x/0.70x。
估值方面，华虹半导体港股远期PB（未来一财年）自2022年1月31日至2025年1月13日处于0.47x-1.74x之间，2025年1月13日远期PB（未来一财年）为0.74x，仍在均值线以下。结合华虹半导体自身历史估值，随着下游市场需求复苏公司基本面将继续改善，该行对华虹半导体2025EBVPS给予0.95xPB，对应目标价28.21港元，首次覆盖，给予“买入”评级。
