Flowco Holdings 17.8M-Share IPO Prices at $24 Each

Flowco Holdings said its initial public offering of 17.8 million shares priced at $24 a share, above the expected price range of $21 to $23 a share.

The company said proceeds from the offering would go toward paying indebtedness under its existing credit agreement, to redeem certain equity interests, and for general corporate purposes.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange January 16, under the symbol FLOC.

Flowco said it provides production optimization, artificial lift and methane abatement solutions for the oil and natural gas industry.
