智通财经APP讯，长盈集团(控股)(00689)发布公告，于2025年1月15日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司有条件地同意透过配售代理，按尽力基准配售最多10.47亿股新股份予不少于六名独立承配人，配售价为每股配售股份0.017港元。
每股配售股份0.017港元的配售价，较于2025年1月15日(即配售协议日期)联交所所报的收市价每股0.018港元折让约5.56%。假设于本公布日期至配售完成期间，公司的已发行股本将无任何变动，最高数目的配售股份占公司经配发及发行最高数目的配售股份而扩大后的已发行股本约16.65%。
配售所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金、专业费用及所有相关开支后)最多将约1727.2万港元。公司拟将配售所得款项净额用于(i)集团位于加拿大的油田以钻探新油井及进行增产工程;及(ii)一般营运资金以及为董事会认为符合公司利益的不时展现的任何投资机会提供资金。
