华润医药附属公司发行16亿元债券
财中社1月15日电华润医药（03320）发布公告，公司旗下的非全资附属公司华润医药商业集团有限公司已成功发行第一期2025年公司债券。根据中国证券监督管理委员会的批复，该债券的本金总额不超过200亿元，发行期限为两年，自2024年9月29日起生效。
此次发行的第一期债券金额为16亿元，期限为三年，票面年利率为1.92%。募集的资金净额将用于偿还有息债务。公司董事会对此表示欣然，认为此次债券发行将有助于改善公司的财务结构和资金流动性。
