智通财经APP获悉，移卡(09923)午后跌超7%，该股昨日大幅反弹逾16%，月内股价仍跌近四成。截至发稿，跌7.16%，报7.65港元，成交额8094.81万港元。
消息面上，移卡于本月初宣布，以先旧后新方式配售1915万股，相当于扩大后股本约4.14%，每股作价10.1港元。集团预期配售事项净集资约1.89亿港元，拟将约40%用作扩展集团于亚洲各业务分部的海外版图；约40%用于投资研发，包括在专有软件中使用人工智能，以加强集团商业数字化生态系统的竞争力；约20%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
2024年上半年，移卡实现收入为人民币15.78亿元，同比下降23.5%；期内利润3258万元，同比增长7.3%；公司权益持有人应占溢利3162.8万元，同比减少4.63%。国金证券此前指，1H24承压主要系受宏观经济及非经常性收入冲减影响，但高毛利的非支付业务收入占比提高推升了净利率。展望后续，下半年非经常性收入冲减的影响将消退，海外业务有望贡献更多增量，商户解决方案有望稳健增长，到店电商扭亏可期。
