消息面上，SKB378是科伦博泰与和铂医药共同开发的TSLP单抗，现已对外授权给Windward公司。交易价值最高可达9.7亿美元，含4,500万美元的首付款和近期付款，将以现金和Windward母公司股权支付，科伦博泰与和铂医药将平分款项。
招银国际发布研报称，维持科伦博泰“买入”评级。看好SKB264在2025年8亿至10亿元人民币的销售目标，并预计今年SKB264将获批用于二线/三线EGFR-TKI耐药的非小细胞肺癌。同时将公司目标价由243.38港元降至227.88港元。
