广汇宝信获控股股东告知 广汇实业投资与相关方签署合作框架协议 含开展二手车业务等内容
财中社1月15日电 广汇宝信（01293）发布公告，公司获控股股东告知新疆广汇实业投资（集团）有限公司与广汇汽车服务集团有限公司与北京梅岭青远创业投资管理有限公司及海南松柏苍浪投资合伙企业签署了合作框架协议。该协议的主要内容包括引入策略合作伙伴、开展二手车业务、建立全国性销售网络及共享资源，旨在促进企业经营。合作框架协议的有效期为一年，若无争议将自动续约。
公告还提到，合作框架协议仅为一份框架协议，具体合作条款需进一步磋商并在最终协议中确认。截至公告日，广汇宝信尚未与合作伙伴签署任何最终协议，因此合作是否实现尚不确定。此外，广汇宝信的股份于2025年1月15日上午暂停交易，预计于同日下午恢复买卖。公司呼吁股东及潜在投资者在交易时保持谨慎。
