智通财经APP获悉，广汇宝信(01293)午后复牌高开，最高见0.26港元，较上一交易日收盘价升30%，但随即回落转跌。截至发稿，跌4%，报0.192港元，成交额29.8万港元。
消息面上，广汇宝信公布，1月15日上午九时，公司获控股股东广汇汽车服务集团告知，与新疆广汇实业投资、北京梅岭青远创业投资管理及海南松柏沧浪投资合伙企业订立合作框架协议。根据合作框架协议，合作伙伴将在以下方面协助控股股东及其子公司，包括引入策略合作伙伴，实现资源共享；开展二手车业务，建立全国性销售网络；开展海外汽车业务，并与当地经销商合作；共享土地、物业等资源，促进企业经营。合作框架协议的期限为一年，如双方没有争议，则自动续约。
