Jan 15 (Reuters) - U.S. Bancorp USB.N said on Wednesday industry veteran Courtney Kelso would join the lender as a senior executive vice president and head of consumer payments, effective Feb. 3.
Kelso joins U.S. Bancorp from American Express AXP.N, where she spent close to 18 years working in the consumer and small business payments segments.
"Her deep experience in consumer and small business payments will be an excellent complement to our organization," said U.S. Bancorp President Gunjan Kedia, to whom Kelso will report.
Kelso has also worked at consultancy firms McKinsey and Company and Accenture ACN.N.
