兴业控股附属公司签7000万元融资租赁协议
财中社1月16日电兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其附属公司绿金租赁于2025年1月16日与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，交易金额为7000万元（约合7434万港元），租赁期限为五年。此次融资租赁的资产包括位于中国湖南省的若干污水及污泥处理设备，承租人将承担与资产相关的维护及其他费用。
根据公告，融资租赁的付款总额预计为8188万元（约合8696万港元），其中包括租赁本金7000万元及租赁利息和其他费用约1188万元。承租人可在租期内以名义购价100元购买资产，并需在融资租赁开始时支付免息保证金350万元（约合372万港元）。此次交易符合上市规则的相关要求，且已获得主要股东Prize Rich Inc.的书面批准，因此不需召开股东大会进行表决。
