Forge Global said it named James Nevin, a former London Stock Exchange Group executive, as its new finance chief, effective Jan. 20.
The financial services platform on Tuesday said that Nevin succeeds Mark Lee after a seven-year tenure.
Lee will continue overseeing strategic financial and wealth initiatives as chief of strategic wealth solutions, the company said.
Nevin is known for driving transformation at the London Stock Exchange Group, as it evolved from an exchange into a data and index business, Forge Chief Executive Kelly Rodriques said.
"He'll play a key role across our initiatives to increase revenue and expand margins as we enter the next phase of growth in the U.S. and around the globe," Rodriques added.
