星盛商业修订不竞争契约 允许在深圳外城市开展小额贷款业务
财中社1月15日电星盛商业（06668）发布公告，控股股东黄先生与公司于2024年12月13日订立了关于原有不竞争契约的经修订契约。此次修订的主要目的是为了使控股股东现有业务（深圳银顺通的小额贷款业务）能够继续运营，同时允许公司在中国广东省深圳以外的城市开展小额贷款业务。公司计划在新业务的初始阶段投资约2亿元至3亿元，预计新业务不会占公司运营的重大部分。
截至2023年12月31日，公司的总资产约为23.2亿元，负债总额约为10.5亿元，资产净值约为12.7亿元。2023财年的收入约为6.35亿元，较2022财年的约5.62亿元上升约13.0%。毛利约为3.34亿元，较前一年增加约6.6%。预计通过新业务的开展，公司将能够利用闲置资金，丰富收入来源并提升盈利能力。
