东兴证券认为，当前政策方向明确，中央持续表露出维护房地产市场企稳回升的意愿，后续政策将会持续积极，推进政策落地的力度将会进一步加强。当前地产板块在供需两端都在迎来更加积极、持续的政策拉动，建议持续关注地产板块的投资机会。该行认为，核心城市当前的问题更多是供给的结构性失衡，而非需求不足。随着政策的持续发力和需求的释放，核心城市市场有望率先实现“止跌回稳”，将利好重点布局核心城市的优质房企，推荐保利发展，招商蛇口、华润置地、绿城中国等也有望受益。
