美国制药巨头辉瑞公司周三表示，以25亿英镑（约合30.5亿美元）的价格出售了7亿股英国消费者保健业务公司Haleon的股票。

　　辉瑞表示，以每股357便士的价格出售了这些股票，较周二每股367.10便士的收盘价折价2.75%。

　　辉瑞公司周二晚些时候宣布，将通过簿记流程出售这些股票。出售后，该公司的持股将从15%降至Haleon已发行股本的7.3%。

　　Haleon旗下拥有Sensodyne牙膏、Aquafresh漱口水以及非处方药Panadol和Advil等品牌，该公司于2019年7月由葛兰素史克和辉瑞的消费者保健业务合并而成。随后，该公司被分拆，并于2022年7月在伦敦证券交易所上市。

　　葛兰素史克于2024年5月16日出售了其在Haleon的剩余股份。
