Qinghai Salt Lake Industry (SHE:000792) and ICBC Financial Asset Investment signed a concerted action agreement on Jan. 9, 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The agreement aligns their decisions on shareholder meetings and board matters, raising their combined equity in Qinghai Salt Lake Industry to 20.55%. This follows China Salt Lake's pending acquisition of a 12.87% stake.
