OSK Holdings (KLSE:OSK) unit OSK Amanjaya signed separate deals with several vendors to acquire four pieces of lands in Kedah, Malaysia, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.
The company will finance the deal through a combination of internally generated funds and bank borrowings.
Two parcels of lands will be acquired for 3.4 million ringgit, another parcel will be purchased for 1.8 million ringgit, while the last parcel will be acquired for 9.0 million ringgit, the filing said.
