智通财经APP讯，三生制药(01530)公布，公司附属公司沈阳三生制药有限责任公司(沈阳三生)及其附属公司与映恩生物科技(上海)有限公司(映恩生物)，一家专注于为癌症和自身免疫性疾病患者研发新一代ADC治疗药物的临床阶段创新生物药公司，就HER2ADC药物DB-1303达成合作协议。协议约定，沈阳三生将获得映恩生物开发的HER2ADC药物DB-1303多个适应症在中国大陆、中国香港和中国澳门的商业化权利。沈阳三生将根据协议约定，向映恩生物支付首付款以及研发及销售里程碑付款。同时，映恩生物将继续负责相关适应症在合作区域的临床开发和注册等工作。
