英国石油公司(BP.US)周二盘前表示，第四季度业绩将受到石油和天然气产量下降、炼油利润和交易的影响，同时由于首席执行官默里·奥金克洛斯计划进行的医疗程序，该公司推迟了投资者日。

该公司表示，首席执行官手术恢复进程良好，将于2月重返办公室，这项资本市场活动将延期至2月26日在伦敦举行。会议原定于2月11日在纽约举行，届时将公布第四季度和2024财年的业绩。

在交易更新中，英国石油表示，预计第四季度上游产量将低于第三季度报告的240万桶油当量/天。

英国石油表示，本季度布伦特原油平均价格为74.73美元/桶，低于第三季度的80.34美元/桶，而其炼油市场平均利润率降至13.10美元/桶，比上一季度下降了近3.5美元/桶。

然而，该公司预计，天然气价格的小幅上涨将略微减轻油价下跌带来的财务影响。

该公司表示，炼油利润率的下降以及周转和维护活动的影响，将导致利润环比下降多达3亿美元，石油生产和运营部门的利润将进一步减少2亿至4亿美元。

英国石油还表示，目前预计与外汇损失相关的费用约为60亿美元，而此前的指导为3亿至4亿美元。
