中国恒大附属公司CEGHoldings遭清盘 股份继续停牌
财中社1月13日电中国恒大（03333）发布公告，针对其一间附属公司CEGHoldings的清盘令及继续停牌事宜进行说明。公告指出，香港法院于2025年1月10日向CEGHoldings发出清盘令，安迈顾问有限公司的Edward Simon Middleton及黄咏诗将继续担任CEGHoldings的共同及各别临时清盘人，直至正式清盘人获委任。
此外，自2024年1月29日10时18分起，公司的股份已暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。公告提醒股东、投资者及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时需谨慎行事。若公众人士持有相关信息可协助清盘人调查及变现资产，欢迎通过指定网站或电邮提交相关资料。
