华泰证券指出，天立国际控股是中国西部地区K12民办学历教育龙头，《民促法实施条例》发布后公司确立以营利性高中为主、综合运营服务为辅的“一干多支”战略，向全国性综合教育服务商稳步转型，FY22以来业绩快速修复。我们认为民办学历教育政策边界逐步清晰、未来5年行业需求和竞争格局预计维持相对稳定，公司具备良好的教学口碑、高度标准化的运营管理能力、优秀的异地扩张能力，增长潜力充足。
该行指出，市场对托管业务的发展前景存在一定分歧。经估算托管业务潜在市场空间约在百亿规模，而当前头部市占率合计不到10%，市场仍是蓝海。凭借良好的教学口碑和成熟的运营管理经验，天立的托管业务处于快速拓展阶段，我轻资产托管业务有助于增厚公司收入利润、为多元化综合运营服务打开增长空间、完善生源体系，有望成为继高中业务后的第二增长点。
