《彭博》引述消息人士报道，环球全域电讯(HGC)大股东I Squared Capital接近对香港宽频(01310.HK) 提出收购要约，有可能会引发与中移动(00941.HK) 的收购战。
据悉，I Squared于去年12月已经开始尽职调查，现正评估交易的潜在协同效应，以协助确定要约价格，有可能最早在未来数周提出要约。去年12月初，中移动称，计划以每股5.23元的价格向香港宽频发出收
购要约，对后者的估值约为8.82亿美元。
