香港证监会：广联科技控股(02531)股权高度集中 仅5.06%股份由其他股东持有
智通财经APP获悉，1月15日，香港证监会公告，最近对广联科技控股(02531)的股权分布进行查讯，结果显示该公司于2025年1月2日，有20名股东包括该公司3位执行董事合共持有3.48亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本之94.94%。因此，该公司只有1855.95万股(占已发行股份5.06%)由其他股东持有。
该3位执行董事为朱雷先生、蒋忠永先生及赵展先生。截至2025年1月2日，他们分别间接持有32,996,665股，25,943,360股及17,408,745股。
广联科技控股于2024年7月15日在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，发售价为每股4.70港元。于2024年7月15日至2025年1月2日期间，该公司股份由上市价4.70元上涨至2025年1月2日收市价27.0港元，升幅达474%。
截至2025年1月14日，该公司股份收市价为29.70港元，较上市价4.70元上升532%。
香港证监会提示，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多之股东，即使少量股份成交，该公司之股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。
