智通财经APP获悉，移卡(09923)午后跌超7%，低见7.1港元再创新低，月内股价累计跌幅已超40%。截至发稿，成交额5875.93万港元。
消息面上，鉴于近期股票市场波动，移卡发布公告称，集团运营一切良好，境内支付业务恢复显著增长，境外支付业务与深圳市富匙科技的AI agent业务获得客户广泛认可。同时，于完成配售及认购股份后，公司将继续实施购回股份计划。
据悉，移卡本月初宣布，以先旧后新方式配售1,915万股，相当于扩大后股本约4.14%，每股作价10.1港元。集团预期配售事项净集资约1.89亿元，拟将约40%用作扩展集团于亚洲各业务分部的海外版图；约40%用于投资研发，包括在专有软件中使用人工智能，以加强集团商业数字化生态系统的竞争力；约20%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
