LuxUrban Hotels (LUXH) shares tumbled nearly 48% in recent Thursday premarket activity after it reported in a regulatory filing overnight it received a Nasdaq notice that the exchange's hearings panel decided to delist the company's securities from the exchange due to noncompliance with listing requirements. The company's trading is set to be suspended Friday.

Silexion Therapeutics (SLXN) shares fell nearly 22% after it said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of a total of about 3.7 million of its ordinary shares and warrants to buy up to 3.7 million of ordinary shares for gross proceeds of about $5 million.

Polestar Automotive Holding (PSNY) stock fell 11% after it posted lower Q3 preliminary revenue from a year earlier.

UnitedHealth Group (UNH) stock fell 3.4% after it reported lower-than-expected Q4 revenue.

Nokia (NOK) shares slid more than 2% after Goldman Sachs downgraded it to sell from neutral with a $3.60 price target.
