TZ (ASX:TZL) has received a proposal SRA Solutions to acquire exclusive licensing for the global manufacturing rights to its DC Security Products, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

SRA Solutions has been the company's reseller of DC Security Products in the Australian market.

The deal includes an upfront payment of $350,000 and royalties of 5% to 15% on sales, the filing said.

If finalized, SRA would assume all manufacturing responsibilities, reducing TZ's operational costs while potentially generating royalty income, the filing added.

TZ is considering the proposal but is also exploring alternative options as the demand for artificial intelligence-driven data centers increases, the company said.
