智通财经APP讯，中集集团(02039)公布，于2025年1月14日，公司2025年度第一期超短期融资券发行完成，第一期超短期融资券的募集资金已于2025年1月15日全额到账，发行金额为人民币10亿元，发行利率为1.76%(年化)。中国工商银行股份有限公司为第一期超短期融资券发行的主承销商，广发银行股份有限公司为联席主承销商。
第一期超短期融资券所得款项为人民币10亿元，用于偿还公司即将到期的银行贷款及债务融资工具。
