Brazil Potash (GRO) said Thursday that its unit Potassio do Brasil signed a memorandum of understanding with Keytrade for the potential offtake of up to 1 million tons of potash per year from the Autazes Potash Project.
In addition with a current offtake deal with AMAGGI, Potassio do Brasil has now potentially secured commitments for about 1.5 million tons of its 2.4 million tons of annual potash production, Adriano Espeschit, the unit's president, said in a statement.
Shares of Brazil Potash were up 2.1% in recent trading.
