近日，港股上市公司 新特能源 发布公告，宣布撤回其在A股的上市申请。

据悉，新特能源原计划通过A股发行上市募集资金88亿元，用于扩产年产20万吨高端 电子 级多晶硅 绿色低碳 循环经济建设项目。然而，近年来光伏行业持续下行，市场竞争激烈，导致新特能源业绩承压。尽管项目一期10万吨已使用自筹资金于2023年8月建成投产，但受 光伏产业 链各环节扩产影响，供需关系发生变化，新特能源营收、净利润开始由增转降。

财报数据显示，新特能源2023年营收同比下降16.51%，净利润同比大降67.37%。而到了2024年上半年，该公司更是产生了8.87亿元的净亏损，前三季度净亏损进一步扩大至14.05亿元。特别是多晶硅业务，由于生产成本与销售价格倒挂，每卖出1吨多晶硅就将亏损5700元。在此背景下，新特能源的扩产计划不得不打折，二期10万吨项目也暂无建设计划。

新特能源在公告中表示，基于目前公司所处行业状况，结合公司实际情况，经与保荐机构充分沟通并审慎论证后，决定终止建议发行A股并向上交所提交关于撤回上市申请文件的申请。

值得注意的是，新特能源并非2024年以来唯一终止上市的光伏企业。据统计，2024年以来，已有包括鸿禧能源、美晶新材、海达光能、一道新能、祥邦科技等多家光伏企业在问询状态或过会后终止了A股IPO进程。进入2025年后，龙能 电力 也从深交所转道北交所后再次宣布终止上市。
