智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)公布，于2025年1月15日，公司的间接全资附属公司深圳创维—RGB就深圳创维—RGB 向深圳知力转让创维显示科技7.151%股权订立深圳知力股权转让协议，代价为人民币7151万元。
同日，深圳创维—RGB亦就深圳创维—RGB向深圳知汇(其中2.349%)、深圳知智(其中10.25%)及深圳知实(其中10.25%)转让创维显示科技合共22.849%股权订立股权转让协议(深圳知力股权转让协议除外)，总代价为约人民币2.285亿。
紧接股权转让前，创维显示科技为该公司的间接全资附属公司，注册资本总额为人民币10亿元，其主要业务为从事生产及销售消费类电子产品。
