金吾财讯 | 英国制药商葛兰素史克(GSK)宣布，将斥资11.5亿美元收购美国生物技术公司IDRx，其中预付款为10亿美元。此前有媒体称，GSK与IDRx就收购谈判，对IDRx估值或达10亿美元。据悉，IDRx正在开发用于胃肠道间质瘤的实验性药物。此次收购，能让GSK进一步扩大肿瘤产品组合。GSK首席商务官LukeMiels表示，该收购符合公司收购策略，即针对有效靶点、有未满足医疗需求的资产，即便已有获批产品也会收购。
