智通财经APP获悉，知行集团控股(01539)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.26%，报0.4港元，成交额120.71万港元。
消息面上，知行集团控股公布，1月15日，该公司全资附属汇能环球拟向信能环保工程有限公司收购Synergy Cooling Management Limited已发行股本的25.00%，代价为2亿港元。于公告日期，公司通过汇能环球间接拥有目标公司已发行股本的约63.04%。于收购事项完成后，公司将透过汇能环球间接拥有目标公司已发行股本的约88.04%。目标公司为该集团于马来西亚的业务经营的控股公司，而马来西亚乃集团重点拓展的重要地区之一。
集团正在考虑于马来西亚证券交易所进行潜在第二上市。董事会认为，收购事项符合集团的整体业务发展策略，相信此举将有利于潜在上市及目标集团业务的整体管理。此外，收购事项完成后，公司于目标公司的股权将由约63.04%增至88.04%。董事认为，鉴于目标集团将继续从其业务中获得收入增长，故收购事项将扩大集团的收入。
