智通财经APP获悉，药明康德(02359)尾盘跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.69%，报52.15港元，成交额1.57亿港元。
消息面上，2024年12月24日，药明康德宣布出售分别在美国、英国从事高端治疗CTDMO业务的两个运营主体公司，剥离海外细胞基因治疗业务。药明康德表示，交易不会对公司业绩和经营状况产生重大影响，预计将在2025年上半年完成交割。
值得注意的是，根据港交所披露文件显示，1月7日，花旗集团在药明康德的H股多头头寸由5.05%下降至4.11%，贝莱德集团的H股多头头寸由5.26%降至4.70%，摩根大通在药明康德的H股空头头寸由3.64%增至4.99%。1月8日，摩根大通在药明康德的H股多头头寸也由10.57%下降至9.46%。
