消息面上，广东此前发布节能降碳行动方案。其中提到，加强建材行业产能产量调控。严格落实水泥、平板玻璃产能置换。加强建材行业产量监测预警，推动水泥错峰生产常态化。据悉，华润水泥核心区域为两广地区。
国泰君安发布研报称，四季度旺季错峰提价背景下，华润水泥的水泥出货降幅相较于Q3或略有扩大，伴随11月以来提价落实度提升，预计吨毛利环比显著改善至55-60元区间；骨料伴随环保停产等因素排除，第四季度发货及盈利或环比有所改善。
