Gold Mountain Identifies Lithium Anomalies at Brazil Project

Gold Mountain (ASX:GMN) identified lithium anomalies after it received assays from 38 stream sediment samples from the Salinas South Project in Brazil, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The anomalies are interpreted to lie over a major concealed granite body at depth. The anomalous stream sediment sample results are strongly correlated with beryllium, rubidium, niobium, and potassium.

The company plans further exploration through soil sampling and mapping to define resource drilling targets.

The targets will be drilled to determine the scale of lithium mineralization in the area.
