财中社1月13日电国联证券（601456/01456）发布公告，董事华伟荣和李梭因工作变动辞去公司董事及相关职务。在股东大会选举新任董事前，他们将继续履行相关职责。

公司控股股东国联集团和持有6.61%股份的股东沣泉峪已出具推荐函，提名顾伟和杨振兴为新任非独立董事候选人。顾伟现任国联集团总裁，杨振兴为沣泉峪董事长。两位候选人与公司及其高管、实际控制人不存在关联关系，均未直接持有公司股票。
