智通财经APP讯，山东新华制药股份(00719)发布公告，由于公司2021年A股股票期权激励计划首次授予激励对象中2人因岗位调整，1人因个人原因离职，1人因达到退休年龄退休，根据公司《2021年A股股票期权激励计划(草案)》的规定，上述人员已不具备激励对象资格，公司对其已获授但未行权的25.74万份股票期权予以注销。
公司本次注销4名激励对象已获授但未行权的股票期权共计25.74万份，占注销前公司总股本的0.04%。本次股票期权注销事宜，符合法律、行政法规、部门规章、规范性文件、《山东新华制药股份有限公司章程》及《山东新华制药股份有限公司2021年A股股票期权激励计划(草案)》等的相关规定。
公司已在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司办理完成上述25.74万份已获授的股票期权注销事宜，本次注销不影响公司股本，公司股本结构未发生变化。
