EPI Holdings (HKG:0689) seeks to raise HK$17.8 million by placing up to 1,047,000,000 new shares to at least six independent places at HK$0.017 apiece, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The to-be-placed shares represent 16.65% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of HK$17.3 million to enhance its oil production in Canada and for its general working capital.
