智通财经APP讯，上海电气(02727)公布，公司于 2024 年 8 月 23 日在联合产权交易所公开挂牌转让标的资产。2025 年 1 月 6 日，公司收到联合产权交易所通知，标的资产的受让方确定为上海拾溯实业有限公司(拾溯实业)。 2025 年 1 月 16 日，经协商，公司与拾溯实业签订《产权交易合同》，标的资产成交价格为人民币 6386.39 万元。
标的资产为公司所属上海市兴义路 8 号 30 层房地产。
