Concord New Energy Group's (HKG:0182) subsidiary Xinyuan Juneng (Wuhan) Technology agreed to sell 100% equity interest in Yilan County Century Concord Wind Power to ACWA (Shanghai) New Energy for 506.1 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The target company operates a 200-megawatt wind power plant project in Yilan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China.
The company plans to use disposal proceeds for the group's general working capital including the purchase of wind and photovoltaic power equipment.
